This public trust has been started in 1977 by Prasad Shri Kothari Nanjibhagat Atmarambhagat and Shastri Swami Shri Purushottam Charandasji, with a Dynamic purpose to provide quality education to the surrounding rural population. Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul spread in 18.29-acre land in the territory of Zundal, Gandhinagar.
Trust started primary school in 1987, a secondary school in 1989, and a higher secondary school in 2001. Trust has also started P.T.C. College in 2002 and Pre P.T.C. College in 2005 along with Degree Pharmacy College in 2005. A Puna International School is started in 2011 under the banner of Shree Swaminarayan Sanskar Deep Trust..
Trust is also providing facilities like out door sport play ground, garden, natural environment to study and big Auditorium Hall to perform their cultural talents. The goal of the Trust is not only to excel in field of education but also to conduct social and charitable outreach programme.
